 Privacy policy of the e-shop www.revolutioncycles.cz

1. Bike Park s.r.o., IČ: 28175697, with registered office at Dobřejovická 326, 252 43 PRŮHONICE, IČ: 28175697, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 130715 (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller" or "the Controller") processes within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), the following personal data:

  • name, surname
  • e-mail address
  • phone number
  • address/place of residence

2. The aforementioned personal data must be processed for order processing and other contractual performance if a purchase contract is concluded between you and the seller. Such processing of personal data is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation - the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.

The Seller also processes this data for the purpose of recording the contract and for the purpose of any future exercise and defence of the rights and obligations of the parties.
The retention and processing of personal data for the aforementioned purpose is for a period of 10 years from the execution of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of contractual documentation for a longer period. Such processing is possible on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the Regulation - the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.

3. News and other commercial communications may be sent to the e-mail address or telephone number of the buyer, this procedure is allowed by § 7 paragraph 3 of Act No.480/2004 Coll., on Information Society Services, unless the buyer rejects it. These communications can be unsubscribed at any time by any means, for example by sending an e-mail or by clicking on a link in a commercial communication.

4. We determine your satisfaction with your purchase by means of e-mail questionnaires within the framework of the Verified by Customers program, in which our e-shop is involved. These are sent to you every time you make a purchase with us, unless you refuse to receive them in accordance with Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services. The processing of personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires within the framework of the Verified by Customers programme is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, which consists in determining your satisfaction with your purchase with us. We use the processor Heureka.cz, the operator of the Heureka.cz portal, to send questionnaires, evaluate your feedback and analyse our market position; we may pass on information about the goods you have purchased and your e-mail address to Heureka.cz for these purposes. Your personal data is not passed on to any third party for its own purposes when sending email questionnaires. You can object to the sending of email questionnaires within the framework of the Customer Verified programme at any time by rejecting further questionnaires using the link in the email with the questionnaire. If you object, we will not send you the questionnaire any further.

5. The processing of personal data is carried out by Bike Park s.r.o., i.e. the data controller. Personal data are also processed by processors for this controller:

1. the operator of the e-shop platform is the company Evici webdesign s.r.o., with registered office at Petra Bezruče 139, 747 91 Štítina, ID 28598661.
2. companies involved in the dispatch of goods (DPD)
3. companies involved in the dispatch of payments (Comgate, ČSOB)
4. e-mailing service provider (upgates)
5. Heureka service provider, operated by Heureka Shopping s.r.o., based at Karolinská 650/1, 186 00, Prague 8-Karlín

Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.

6. The controller does not have a person called an "authorised representative". The controller can be contacted at the email address kontakt@revolutioncycles.cz

7. The controller, as the operator of the website www.revolutioncycles.cz, uses cookies on this website. 

Cookies are short text files that a website stores on a visitor's computer and that are provided by the browser each time the user returns to the site.   • The collection of cookies for the purposes set out above may be considered as processing of personal data. Such processing is possible on the basis of a legitimate reason - the legitimate interest of the controller, and is permitted by Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation.
  • Cookies, which are collected for the purpose of measuring website traffic and generating statistics relating to visitor traffic and behaviour on the website, are treated in the form of an aggregate and in an anonymous form that does not allow the identification of an individual.
  • The cookies collected may be processed by other processors:
    • Google Analytics, operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA;

8. Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

  • cancel sending commercial communications at any time,
  • object to processing on the basis of a legitimate interest of the controller,
  • request information from us about what personal data we are processing,
  • request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request a restriction on processing,
  • require us to erase that personal data, which we will do unless it is contrary to applicable law or the legitimate interests of the controller,
  • to data portability if the processing is automated on the basis of consent or for the performance of a contract,
  • to request a copy of the personal data processed,
  • to effective judicial protection if you consider that your rights under the Regulation have been infringed as a result of the processing of your personal data in breach of this Regulation,
  • lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

These conditions are effective from 1 January 2024
